**Now Accepting New Clients!**
As a therapist, Savannah believes every person has an innate drive toward healing and self-discovery. Her work is rooted in person-centered therapy and Polyvagal Theory, recognizing that nervous systems are always trying to help—even when their signals feel confusing or overwhelming. She weaves together somatic practices and parts work, gently guiding clients to reconnect with their body, emotions, and inner world.
Savannah specializes in supporting transgender, queer, LGBTQIA+, autistic, and ADHD clients, as well as those who are intentionally child-free. She is polyamory- and kink-affirming, offering a safe, collaborative space for anyone seeking to explore identity, process trauma, or build a more trusting relationship with themselves.
Beyond her professional training, Savannah brings lived experience as a pansexual, autistic, ADHD, and intentionally child-free person. These aspects of her life inform the compassion, validation, and acceptance she offers in therapy.
At its core, her work is about creating space for grounding, healing, and discovering what wholeness feels like for each client. Whether exploring identity, coping with intense emotions, or finding safety in a world that doesn’t always feel safe, Savannah walks alongside clients with curiosity, respect, and presence.
