Wild Indigo Counseling is looking for licensed, curious, and community-minded clinicians who want to grow, collaborate, and help shape a practice that truly reflects their values.

Wild Indigo is a home for seasoned clinicians, those just establishing their practice, and anyone who wants to practice intentional, human-centered therapy without the burnout and bureaucracy of traditional models.

At Wild Indigo, we pride ourselves on building roles around what clinicians actually want and need.

• W‑2 hourly pay: $45–$60 per clinical hour, depending on licensure and experience
   
• Paid administrative hours: Up to 5 hours/week for full-time clinicians, 2 hours/week for part-time
   
• Admin work (notes, case consultation, staff meetings, trainings) is compensated at $20/hour
   

• Flexible scheduling:  control over your days, evenings, and weekends
   
• Full-time clinicians: Average ~25 client hours/week
   
• Part-time positions: Start at 9 client hours/week
   
• Focus is on sustainable, meaningful work, not overbooked caseloads
   

• Wellness stipend for self-care and professional development
   
• Growing toward comprehensive benefits, including high-quality health insurance as the practice expands
   
• Support for provisionally licensed clinicians, including supervision and mentorship options
   
• Transparent, startup-friendly approach: We shape policies and benefits around what clinicians actually want, rather than forcing them into a “one-size-fits-all” model
   

• Beautiful, fully furnished offices designed to feel warm, grounded, and human
