Logan is a relational therapist who believes feeling safe, understood, and genuinely connected in therapy creates the foundation for meaningful change. Her work is informed by attachment theory, DBT, and nervous system regulation. She often uses her relatable and non-judgemental demeanor to support clients in making sense of their emotional responses and relationship patterns.
Logan works with clients 16+ and especially enjoys supporting emerging adults, women with ADHD, other helping professionals, and those struggling with relationships or relational trauma. She is LGBTQIA+ affirming and welcomes clients from diverse backgrounds. Many of Logan's clients come to therapy for relationship challenges, identity exploration, and difficulty managing intense emotions- such as anxiety, sadness, shame, and anger.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and at times humorous. She is not afraid to get in the trenches with clients to help them sit with discomfort, explore hard truths, or examine the parts of themselves they have learned to hide. She supports her clients with examining these "shadow" parts through a lens of curiosity rather than shame, creating space for deeper self-understanding and healing.
Outside of the therapy room, Logan is a new parent to her first daughter and is married to a chef. She enjoys spending time in nature, watching trash TV with her cats, and daydreaming about retiring in Ireland one day.
If you're looking for a therapist who values authenticity, depth, humor, and relational healing- Logan would be honored to support you.

Jane is a trauma informed therapist whose work begins with the belief that there is nothing wrong with you. The ways you think, feel, or cope make sense in the context of what you’ve lived through. She does not approach therapy as a process of fixing, but as one of understanding—helping clients see their patterns and pain with compassion rather than shame. Together, the work focuses on making sense of experience through the lens of the nervous system, personal history, and shared humanity.
She works especially well with people who have tried therapy before and left feeling unseen, as well as those who have never quite trusted the idea of therapy at all. Many of her clients are high achievers—people accustomed to functioning under pressure—who find themselves burned out, anxious, or disconnected from what once mattered. Others have learned to stay safe by staying small, masking needs or people-pleasing for years.
Jane’s approach integrates somatic and neuroscience-based modalities including Polyvagal Theory, Brainspotting, and Somatic Experiencing, alongside humor, honesty, and depth. She brings extensive advanced training in complex trauma recovery and a deep respect for the intelligence of the nervous system.
In alignment with Wild Indigo Counseling’s values, therapy with Jane is relational, grounded, and real. It is a space to slow down, build safety, and reconnect—to rediscover steadiness, authenticity, and the freedom that comes when shame no longer gets to tell the story.
Jane spends her free time digging in the garden, chasing her unstoppable toddler, and tackling whatever DIY project has caught her eye that week (typically with and audio book playing in the background).

As a therapist, Savannah believes every person has an innate drive toward healing and self-discovery. Her work is rooted in person-centered therapy and Polyvagal Theory, recognizing that nervous systems are always trying to help—even when their signals feel confusing or overwhelming. She weaves together somatic practices and parts work, gently guiding clients to reconnect with their body, emotions, and inner world.
Savannah specializes in supporting transgender, queer, LGBTQIA+, autistic, and ADHD clients, as well as those who are intentionally child-free. She is polyamory- and kink-affirming, offering a safe, collaborative space for anyone seeking to explore identity, process trauma, or build a more trusting relationship with themselves.
Beyond her professional training, Savannah brings lived experience as a pansexual, autistic, ADHD, and intentionally child-free person. These aspects of her life inform the compassion, validation, and acceptance she offers in therapy.
At its core, her work is about creating space for grounding, healing, and discovering what wholeness feels like for each client. Whether exploring identity, coping with intense emotions, or finding safety in a world that doesn’t always feel safe, Savannah walks alongside clients with curiosity, respect, and presence.
